Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Client and Consultant regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

Amendments

Consultant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Website. Client's continued use of the Website following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
